This traditional Greek Villa is situated in the village, only seven minutes walk from both the town beach, and the centre. Inside the walled courtyard one experiences tranquility and
privacy. Outside the walls you have the Village, with its aristocratic charm and the picturesque Port, traditional taverns and sophisticated restaurants, shops and nightlife. Traditionally
a holiday island for the Athenian aristocracy.
There is no mass tourism.

During 2004 it was totally restored retaining
the original features , whilst integrating all
modern conveniences. Beautiful spacious and
light rooms, fabulous roof terrace with stunning views, secluded courtyard garden with olive- lemon- and orange trees, aromatic herbs, and flowers .

The house offers the perfect holiday rental accommodation for a family or group, with one
or more wheelchair users. It sleeps seven, with two double bed rooms having wheelchair access. Extra beds are available on request. Both bath rooms are wheelchair friendly and are suited
for disabled users

The property is completely wheelchair friendly,
and has all the required facilities for the disabled, to allow for a luxurious and comfortable holiday for able and disabled guests. For the disabled guests all the facilities and equipment for the disabled are offered for use when requested with the booking. 		  The whole property, all floors and roof terrace are wheelchair accessible and suited for able and disabled guest alike.
