We live on the small island of Spetses in the Saronic Gulf. It takes about 2 1/2 hrs. by hydrofoil to reach the island from the port of Pireaus. We live here all year round and have our business of Maintenance and Construction here, and in other areas as well, when called for. The island is just a ten minute ferry boat ride to the shore of the Peleponisos. We are at the end of the chain of Saronic Gulf islands.

I am a Greek American and have been living here for many years. Andreas is Greek born and has lived in Canada for 14 years. We have over 30 years experience in the construction field here in Greece. We have built our own home, and we know the problems that go along with a project of this type, especially if you can't speak the language, and don't know the laws and regulations. This is why we have been helping people that really want professional help. We have a good experience of building their dream home in Greece.
